From idea to building permit
Previous to planing and during the planing phase some documents and attestations become necessary. The procedure follows a certain scheme on which you can orientate yourself.

Basis for the planing is the actual abstract of title as well as an actual copy of the land register plan. Should you not be in possesion of this documents we could be self-evident organize them on behalf on you.

Equipped with this fundamentals we can ask for the status of the land plot and the building paramters of the municipality.

. The next step is the measurement of plot by a geometrician. Because of the typical landscape the plans of the geometrician ideally contain a measurement of the topography of the plot.

As soon as all these documents are complete the designing itself can be started. Mostly with a detailed talk with you regarding the later use of the house as well as your individual ideas regarding the design, figuration and workmanship.
