How does the procedure look like?
You already do have a building permit and like to start building in the near future? Here are some points you should take care of.

Basis for beginning the construction is a valid building permit, which means that the date of issue should not be longer than two years ago.

During the first step the geometrician has to level the future object on your land plot. He elaborates a plan which also is basis for the control of the right placement of your house later on.

The next step is declaring the start of the work at the local municipality and the municipality of the administrative district. As soon as this has taken place the date of the building permit is no longer relevant, because the building is now under construction. A regulation for the maximum building time does not exist. So you might not need to hurry and realize step by step.

Now then the construction itself starts during which also some things have to be taken care of. At the end the property has to pass the inspection so that it can be signed in into the land register.
